Tim, thanks for speaking to us at the retreat about the Gospel and the affections of our heart. I really needed to be reminded that I need the gospel every day. A friend sent me a book last year that I didn’t pay much attention to it till now. I re-opened the book and read it today and was amazed about how timely it was and how it tied into the retreat. It is called “A Gospel Primer” by Milton Vincent. It’s a short book about our DAILY need for the gospel. Check it out, you might even add it to your recommended list.
